I'm Going To Space, BRB LOL So I thought I'd just post it here, though everybody probably already knows.. I finished my first album and it's now on iTunes and Napster. Official Five Nines Website Mozy I must send kudos to my favorite customer service experience yet- Today I was on an online chat with Mozy Pro support. I had given an email address, as one was required, so I used my fredrickville email address. Towards the end of the conversation, the rep decided to check out fredrickville (itsatrap!)...  I must post a snippet. And to Kayleigh, whoever you are, whereever you are, please stay this dedicated to customer service, because it's funny. kayleigh: Your rep is Derrick, and he is actually out for the rest of the day kayleigh: If you'd like, I can give you the phone number for the person taking his calls Robbie: sure, will I need to wait till he's in, or is there somebody else similarly informed? kayleigh: Hm... Mallory should be able to answer all of your questions kayleigh: if not, Derrick will be back tomorrow kayleigh: Whatever you would like to do is fine though Robbie: sure how do I contact mallory? kayleigh: Mallory's can be reached at [Phone Number] Robbie: thank you kayleigh: 17 Fudge Rounds?! kayleigh: Holy cow Robbie: haha Robbie: yes, it's a hard record to break kayleigh: Have you ever tried the gallon challenge? Robbie: with milk kayleigh: Yep Robbie: I haven't, don't people get sick from doing that? kayleigh: Yes and no kayleigh: Don't ppl get sick from eating 17 fudge rounds? Robbie: yes, I was very Robbie: but it was worth it! It's raining again It just keeps raining. It reminds me of soup when I eat it with an electric egg beater. When my kids, 450 years from now, ask me "papa, what was summer like?" I'll tell them that I remember vividly the 4 days of July 25 - 28th, 2009. And I remember the rain that started the very next day. The day that summer died. In other news, the gripe corner is back to it's old self, and in a matter of weeks, I'm sure we'll have crowned the new cherrybomb, and award him/her with a giant trophy of Macaulay Culkin's eyes dipped in silver. Let the bitchfest begin!  Also, in other news, the books are selling well, and I thank everybody for your purchases. I am really not making money off of them, but it means so much to me that you all care about FV as much as you do, and consider it to be as much part of your history as I do mine. Also, if you accidentally received an old sock instead of a book, I apologize that was my fault, it's up to you whether you want to switch it or not. |
