I must send kudos to my favorite customer service experience yet- Today I was on an online chat with Mozy Pro support. I had given an email address, as one was required, so I used my fredrickville email address. Towards the end of the conversation, the rep decided to check out fredrickville (itsatrap!)...

kayleigh: Your rep is Derrick, and he is actually out for the rest of the day
kayleigh: If you'd like, I can give you the phone number for the person taking his calls
Robbie: sure, will I need to wait till he's in, or is there somebody else similarly informed?
kayleigh: Hm... Mallory should be able to answer all of your questions
kayleigh: if not, Derrick will be back tomorrow
